The National Police Foundation (NPF), Major Cities Chiefs Association (MCCA), and the Police Executive Research Forum (PERF) are collaborating together to provide a COVID-19 briefing for law enforcement executives from the Centers for Disease Control’s (CDC’s) National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH), and Public Health Service (PHS).
This virtual briefing will be conducted via NPF’s online conference platform and will feature medical officers from CDC/NIOSH, remarks by law enforcement executives, and a question and answer period. The virtual conference will be recorded and made available for those who cannot participate at the time of the event.
The virtual conference will be moderated by PERF’s Executive Director Chuck Wexler, on behalf of the three hosting organizations that have worked together to provide this briefing for law enforcement.
Advance registration is required, and participation is designed for law enforcement executives and those responsible for developing plans, policies and procedures within agencies. Once your registration is accepted, you’ll receive log-in instructions before the event. We recommend participation via computer/tablet/smartphone as opposed to telephonic participation.
