Polis Solutions was selected to fulfill the request and provided the three-day course to 8 law enforcement officers from the surrounding area on September 30-October 2, 2019 in Snohomish, Washington.

The Matthews, North Carolina Police Department requested assistance to implement a stratified policing model. ​Drs. Rachel and Roberto Santos were selected to fulfill the request and conducted two two-day onsite visits to Matthews PD in November 2019 and December 2019. Drs. Santos delivered a final report to Matthews PD in January 2020 with recommendations for implementing stratified policing.

The Memphis, Tennessee Police Department requested case management and detective function assessments to evaluate current practices and produce strategic plans to efficiently and effectively investigate violent crime in Memphis. The requestor withdrew the request.

The Fairbanks, Alaska Police Department (PD) requested “Leading without Rank”, “Recruiting and Retention”, and “Dynamics of Officer and Citizen Encounters” training. Command Presence was selected to fulfill the request and provided the six-day course to 75 newly promoted sergeants on November 13 -21, 2019, in Fairbanks, Alaska.

The Las Vegas, Nevada Metropolitan Police Department (LVMPD) requested training for their newly hired case managers on guidelines and expectations as well as best practices for the law enforcement assisted diversion (LEAD) program. The LEAD National Support Bureau was selected to fulfill the request and provided training on best practices in law enforcement assisted diversion to 40 members of LVMPD and nonprofit stakeholders on March 9–10, 2020 in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Travis County is requesting assistance with analyzing and addressing the rising jail population and to better understand the increase of racial and ethnic minority bookings. They need assistance with reviewing their current law enforcement practices and to further their knowledge in the increase of minority arrests. By updating the SIM and jail booking data, Travis County will be able to identify effective pre-arrest/pre-booking strategies for implementation.

The Hampden County Sheriff's Department requested the “Speed of Trust Train-the-Trainer” program. BJA NTTAC provided funding for facilitator and participant kits and travel support for one instructor from FranklinCovey to deliver the course to seven members of the Hampden County Sheriff's Department from October 30-November 1, 2019.

The Las Vegas, Nevada Municipal Court requested assistance to review its current case management data and court notification processes. ​The Pretrial Justice Institute was selected to fulfill the request and conducted an offsite review of Las Vegas's data in January 2020. PJI provided a report to Las Vegas Municipal Court in January 2020 with an assessment of the data and recommendations.

The Leon County, Florida Sheriff's Office requested a crime analysis assessment. OnPoint Analytics was selected to fulfill the request and conducted an assessment between September 2019 and November 2019. OnPoint Analytics delivered a findings and recommendations report, along with a final report outlining next steps, to the Leon County Sheriff's Office in November 2019.
