The Milwaukee, Wisconsin Police Department (PD), as part of the Milwaukee Public Safety Partnership Site (PSP) site, requested travel support for representatives to attend the FBI DIVRT Training. ​BJA NTTAC provided travel support to three representatives from the Milwaukee PSP site to attend the conference from September 10 – 11, 2019 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. ​

The Bronx, New York District Attorney’s Office requested assistance to develop a policy plan. John Skinner and Beth McGarry were selected to fulfill the request and conducted a one-day onsite visit in September 2019 to facilitate a strategic planning session with agency stakeholders. The providers delivered a summary report to the Bronx DA’s office in October 2019.

The Nashville, Tennessee Police Department, as part of the Nashville National Public Saftey Partnership site, requested assistance to enhance its gun violence prevention efforts. The ​Institute Intergovernmental Research (IIR) was selected to facilitate the assistance and conducted a three- day onsite visit with the agency in September 2019. IIR delivered a report in October 2019 with recommendations specific to training, technology, products/functionality, and staffing to optimize the investigation of non-fatal shootings and promote prosecutorial best practices.

Salisbury, North Carolina Public Safety Partnership Site requested to have veteran law enforcement patrol officers, investigators, and supervisors with techniques to make "solid" firearms cases attend a "Guns and Gangs: Making Firearms More Prosecutable" training. Detectives James Grindey and Stephen Barborini were selected to fulfill the request and provided "Gund and Gangs: Making Firearms More Prosecutable" training to Salisbury PSP on October 10-11, 2019 in Salisbury, North Carolina.

The St. Louis, Missouri Metropolitan Police Department (SLMPD) requested media and external messaging training. McElroy Media Group was selected to fulfill the request and provided training to 23 members of SLMPD on September 24, 2019 in St. Louis, Missouri.

The Orlando, Florida Police Department requested travel support for representatives to attend a peer exchange site visit to observe the City of St. Louis, Missouri Police Department's real-time crime center. BJA NTTAC provided travel support for four representatives from Orlando PD to attend the peer exchange from October 6-8, 2019 in St. Louis, Missouri.

The US Attorneys Office for the Eastern District of Michigan is requested training for law enforcement agencies and Tribal PDs to assist with developing strategies to enhance police and community relations, build public trust, and to enhance public safety and officer safety. Command Presence was selected to fufill the request and provided "Dynamics of Offier/Citizen Encounters" training to 184 officers on February 24, 2020 in Dearborn Michigan.

The Rapid City, South Dakota Police Department (PD) requested the Tact, Tactics, and Trust (T3) Basic and Executive/Command trainings. Polis Solutions was selected to fulfill the request and provided the one-day course to 13 newly promoted sergeants on September 16, 2019 in Rapid City, South Dakota.

The Bureau of Justice Assistance requested travel support for representatives to attend the Crime Analysis Community of Practice Meeting. BJA NTTAC provided travel support for one speaker to deliver a presentation at the meeting on September 24, 2019 in Chicago, Illinois.
