The National Criminal Justice Association (NCJA), in partnership with the Bureau of Justice Assistance (BJA), will work collaboratively with state administering agencies (SAAs) in developing statewide plans and using evidence-based practices and data driven strategies for the proper use of federal assistance for criminal justice provided through the Byrne JAG Program.
