Webinar - How Correctional Agencies Can Develop and Implement Collaborative Comprehensive Case Plans

Wednesday Feb 14, 2018 - 02:00pm to 03:30pm EST
Event Description:

Attend a webinar hosted by the National Reentry Resource Center, with funding support from the U.S. Department of Justice’s Bureau of Justice Assistance.

As follow-up to the launch of the Collaborative Comprehensive Case Plans web tool, the National Reentry Resource Center is hosting a series of webinars highlighting different agencies as lead case planners, including correctional facilities, community supervision agencies, and community-based behavioral health treatment providers. The first webinar in this series will focus on a correctional facility as the lead case planner and will feature the reentry program of Franklin County, Massachusetts Sheriff’s Office (FCSO) in Greenfield, Massachusetts. The webinar will provide a conceptual overview of the FCSO reentry program and will discuss the program’s processes in three key areas:

  1. Interagency collaboration and information sharing;
  2. Staff training; and
  3. Screening and assessment as part of their collaborative comprehensive case plan process.

For background information, access the Developing Collaborative Case Plans webinar from October 10, 2017.
