Stress doesnt just affect mental states and mood; it affects physical health as well. That is why it is so important to practice stress management to keep minds and bodies healthy. Stress management consists of making changes if often experiencing stressful situations, preventing stress by practicing self-care and relaxation, and managing responses to stressful situations when they do occur. This presentation will delve into discussions, tools, and techniques proven to help manage the stress.
