SEARCH, The National Consortium for Justice Information and Statistics, is a nonprofit membership organization through which states speak with a collective voice and provide thought leadership on issues related to justice information-sharing and services. The Urban Institute’s Justice Policy Center staff members conduct research and evaluations and provide technical assistance to improve justice policy and practice at the national, state, and local levels.
