AEquitas' mission is to improve access to and the quality of justice in gender-based violence and human trafficking cases through an informed practical, and innovative approach. AEquitas' staff is comprised of former prosecutors, with over 100 years of collective experience who conduct legal research; provide 24/7 case consultation; serve as instructors at training events and webinars; and publish resources.

St. Petersburg College

 

The Center for Public Safety Innovation’s (CPSI) at St. Petersburg College mission is to develop and deliver high-quality training for emergency and first responders, military personnel, and the general public, in a variety of formats—web-based, video, broadcast, and face-to-face— using state-of-the-art technology and best practices in education and training. CPSI training focuses on public safety, the disaster preparedness cycle, illegal drug interdiction, community engagement, and enhanced quality of life for all.

Police Executive Research Forum

Founded in 1976 as a nonprofit organization, the Police Executive Research Forum (PERF) is a police research organization and a provider of management services, technical assistance, and executive-level education to support law enforcement agencies. PERF helps improve the delivery of police services through the exercise of strong national leadership, public debate of police and criminal justice issues, and research and policy development.

Association of Prosecuting Attorneys, Inc.

The Association of Prosecuting Attorneys, Inc. (APA) is incorporated in the commonwealth of Virginia and headquartered in Washington, D.C. The association is a nonprofit charitable organization that is supported by member contributions as well as government grants and funding from both foundations and the private sector. Prosecutors direct the organization through a volunteer board of directors led by the Chair of the Board, Jackson County, Missouri Prosecutor Jean Peters Baker and Vice Chairman, Multnomah County, Oregon District Attorney Rod Underhill.
