CSG Justice Center staff met with the planning team and program partner to discuss the planning process of the grant, evaluation plan with Rutgers University, and discussion of BJA requirements. Justice Center staff walked the grantee through the proposed narrative and facilitated a timeline, tasks, assigned staff, and deliverables.

CSG Justice Center staff met with Pima Prevention Partnership staff, partners, and youth to identify key project improvement needs, discuss strategies to address those needs, and how the NRRC can support these efforts prior to the close of the grant.
CSG Justice Center staff, in partnership with the Center for Juvenile Justice Reform (CJJR) and the National Youth & Screening Assessment Partners (NYSAP) conducted a site visit to Iowa as part of the Division of Criminal and Juvenile Justice Planning’s FY16 Smart on Juvenile Justice Statewide Planning grant to accomplish the following:
1. Ensure the core leadership team is clear on the Smart on JJ grant initiative and overall planning process, as well as expectations and priorities for the site visit and over the course of the grant.
The Monday Design Team call is a biweekly convening of project partners with Urban PFS evaluation experts to discuss the development of the transaction structuring phase of the Oklahoma Opportunity Youth PFS Project. The first introductory Evaluation Design Team call was held on April 3rd. Calls are scheduled to continue weekly until the project ends on September 30.
The Thursday Data Team call is the convening of all stakeholders that collect, manage, and report on data to inform the Oklahoma Opportunity Youth PFS Project. This weekly time is used to discuss evaluation needs and data analysis. The first Data Team call was held on April 13, and these calls are scheduled to occur weekly until the project end date on September 30th.
