The Monday Design Team call is a biweekly convening of project partners with Urban PFS evaluation experts to discuss the development of the transaction structuring phase of the Oklahoma Opportunity Youth PFS Project. The first introductory Evaluation Design Team call was held on April 3rd. Calls are scheduled to continue weekly until the project ends on September 30.
Urban selected the Oklahoma Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services (ODMHSAS) to receive TTA services geared towards advancing existing and future PFS efforts. Urban is specifically focused on assisting with research and analysis that will inform the eventual evaluation of an OKDMHSAS's Opportunity Youth PFS project.

The initial Design Team call was held on 4/3/2017. There were 10 attendees from outside of Urban, representing 7 agencies: the Oklahoma Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services, Oklahoma City Homeless Alliance, Mental Health Alliance of Oklahoma, State of Oklahoma, Oklahoma Office of Juvenile Affairs, Center for Health Care Strategies (Medicaid), and Corporation for Supportive Housing.
Second Design Team call. There were 6 attendees from Oklahoma's Opportunity Youth project, representing 5 agencies: the Oklahoma Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services, Mental Health Alliance of Oklahoma, the Community Service Council of Tulsa, P3 Property Management, and the Center for Health Care Strategies. Call focused on gaining a better understanding of the project in order to define scope of TA.

Combined meeting focused on data & outcomes as well as evaluation design. Call included 5 participants from Oklahoma's Opportunity Youth project, representing 4 agencies: the Oklahoma Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services, OK Department of Corrections, the OK Office of Juvenile Affairs, and HMIS.
