The Justice Research and Statistics Association (JRSA), in coordination with the National Criminal Justice Association (NCJA), and the Bureau of Justice Assistance (BJA), has developed two toolkits for State Administering Agencies (SAAs). The two toolkits, “An Introduction to Evidence-Based Practices,” and “Implementing Evidence-Based Practices,” are the first in a series on promoting the use of evidence-based practices in SAAs.
