Learn About an Innovative Program for Addressing Youth Offenders Through Crime Analysis

Join the International Association of Crime Analysts (IACA) for the webinar “Networks of Criminals (NOC) Youth Offender Program - IACA Innovations in Crime Analysis Award Winner” on Friday, January 26 from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. ET. During the webinar, participants will learn about the NOC Youth Offender Program, an innovative offender-based strategy and intelligence process for addressing youth offenders in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

The NOC Youth Offender Program uses a unique algorithmic methodology to identify and analyze up to 500 emerging or perpetual youth offenders based on criminal history, threat assessment, and social network analysis. The results are then distributed weekly to Milwaukee, Wisconsin Police Department (PD) officers and local and federal law enforcement partners across southeastern Wisconsin, serving to disrupt criminal activity by these networks of offenders.

This webinar will be presented by:

  • Garrett Knuth, Crime Analyst and Lead NOC Analyst, Milwaukee PD’s Intelligence Fusion Center (IFC).
  • Alex Gerke, Crime Analyst, Milwaukee PD IFC.
  • Kyle McFatridge, Crime Analyst, Milwaukee PD IFC and Lead Analyst for Milwaukee PD’s Citywide Robbery Task Force (former).
