Join the Association for Prosecuting Attorneys (APA) for the webinar "Better Criminal Justice Outcomes Through Prosecutor-led Diversion: A Review of Two Recent National Institute of Justice (NIJ) Studies" on Friday, January 26 from 3:00 to 4:00 p.m. ET. The webinar will feature a panelist discussion on two recently released NIJ studies that document the variety and efficacy of prosecutor-led diversion programs across the nation. The presenters will illustrate how prosecutor-led diversion programs reduce convictions and collateral consequences, which can lead to overall reductions in recidivism and costs associated with incarceration. Additionally, they will discuss how criminal justice practitioners and researchers can work together to better inform evidence-based practices.
