Join the Violence Reduction Network (VRN) webinar, “Recruiting a Diverse Police Department Through Digital Outreach,” on Thursday, April 21 from 3:00 to 4:00 p.m. ET. The purpose of this webinar is to discuss the importance of diversity in police departments for building trust within the community, discuss steps for implementation of a digital outreach campaign, and provide insights on best practices and lessons learned by the Chicago Police Department, who recently developed a 12-week digital outreach campaign to bolster minority recruitment.
