When risk factors affect the health, safety and quality of life; it takes a community response to positively impact change. Successful IASAP planning requires interagency cooperation and community member involvement. Interagency cooperation and community involvement in problem identification and development of effective strategies are significant for making changes and improvements. This training is designed to help executive teams develop and implement comprehensive interagency action plans based on community needs. This training will help executive teams implement fundamental team building concepts, identify quality of life concerns for their community, use problem-solving techniques to resolve issues, identify program needs, and develop a comprehensive strategy to implement their IASAP grant, or to plan for program development. The attendees will leave the training with a grant implementation plan and specific tasks/step to take for successful project development.
