Please join the Association of Prosecuting Attorney's (APA) for May’s webinar, “The National Center for Missing & Exploited Children - Analytical and Legal Resources for Prosecutors”, to be held on Friday, May 30th from 3:00-4:00 pm (EDT).
Established in 1984, the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) is the nation’s leading nonprofit providing services to private industry, law enforcement, families and the professionals who serve them on cases involving missing and exploited children. The presentation will discuss NCMEC analytical and legal resources available to prosecutors for cases involving child sexual exploitation, child sex trafficking, missing children, noncompliant sex offenders and unidentified remains. Peggy Klein, Litigation Counsel for NCMEC, will also discuss recent case law concerning child pornography investigations.
APA is seeking one credit of Continuing Legal Education credit from the State of Virginia for this webinar and can help attorney attendees qualify this webinar for CLE credit in their own jurisdictions.
