Navigating PREA Implementation: A Discussion Series for Locally Operated Correctional Facilities- Adult Facilities- Discussion 2

This series aims to facilitate peer-learning communities and networking opportunities with other
individuals who work in local agencies, which have unique PREA implementation challenges. These
sessions also provide the opportunity for the PRC and the Department of Justice to more deeply
understand the unique challenges and strengths of locally operated facilities to inform responsive
PREA implementation training and support activities.

Virtual Roundtable Discussion: Drug Endangered Children and Challenges in Tribal Communities

This roundtable/listening session will be a discussion around how substance misuse is impacting our tribal communities, the importance of collaboration, the challenges communities are facing with available services, as well as the challenges of collaboration between professional disciplines and community members. Discussion outcomes will inform future training and technical assistance and resource development focused on supporting drug endangered children in tribal communities.  This session is held in partnership with the National Alliance for Drug Endangered Children. 

Criminal Justice Technology Forecasting Group Meeting #4

RAND plans to conduct the fourth in-person meeting of the Criminal Justice Technology Forecasting Group. This meeting will focus on addressing the top two topics for follow-on research from prior CJTFG meetings: identifying the most promising emerging technologies for sharing and using information, and determining top business cases for sharing information across the criminal justice enterprise.
