CNA conducted welcome outreach to the new Phase VII SPI sites (Chicago, Miami Beach, Milwaukee, Phoenix, Pinellas County, Roanoke County, and Shoreline) awarded in October 2015. Outreach included sending BJA a draft email for them to welcome sites and introduce CNA as the TTA provider. Then CNA conducted welcome calls with each new site to introduce them to SPI and TTA. After these calls CNA provided the sites with the Action Plan Outline, new Site Orientation Guide, and coordinated project overviews to post on each site's SPI website page.

During the July–December 2015 reporting period, additional work with updating and retooling the DHS Assessment tool occurred in support of the 2015 Assessment process. In close collaboration with DHS there were a number of questions removed and new questions and question types were added. A significant amount of the data tables were simplified which required some retooling of the codes for the system to work. These changes required most of the reports to be reworked along with the formulas in the reports.
