The auditor feedback form is comprised of complaints submitted to the PRC from various sources of information pertaining to PREA audits. I.E Victim advocates, corrections staff, PREA Coordinators etc. These complaints are reviewed regularly by the PRC, and BJA. Certain complaints are referred to PMO for a more in depth review depending upon the nature of the complaint.

Cari Gerlicher and Jeff Shorba will conduct a 2-day specialized administrative investigative training for investigators and a half-day train-the-trainer session for investigators and supervisors who work in community confinement centers or halfway houses regulated by the Ohio Department of Rehabilitation. All of the training will be conducted at 2100 Stella Court, Columbus, Ohio.

The role of practitioners in the criminal justice system is rapidly changing from enforcer or resource broker to facilitator of behavior change. Cognitive behavioral skill building is an evidence-based practice for changing difficult and entrenched behaviors including antisocial thinking, addiction, and impulsivity. The partnership between treatment providers and criminal justice professionals requires that all professionals understand cognitive behavioral therapy and skill development.

Over 80% of all people under supervision in the criminal justice system have experienced trauma or show symptoms of trauma. Additionally, probation, parole and victim service providers encounter a high percentage of victims that are experiencing trauma. In underserved and Native American communities, it is critically important for criminal justice professionals to have skills to recognize and address historical trauma, generalized trauma, especially when there are limited services.

The PRC will operate an assistance request form on its website and will respond to assistance requests by engaging with jurisdictions, assessing what services are appropriate, and meeting the needs of the requesting organization as resources allow. All data regarding the interaction will be tracked in the PRC's information database. Full assistance cases will be reported as individual TTAs.
