The Auditor Feedback form consists of complaints, concerns, and other information about auditor performance submitted to the PRC by various stakeholders, including agency/facility personnel, other auditors, victim advocates, and other interested parties. These submissions are reviewed and triaged by the PRC as they are received. PRC staff will manage some submissions directly, although in most cases, the information is referred to the PREA Management Office for additional steps, depending upon the nature of the complaint.

The PRC will operate an assistance request form on its website and will respond to assistance requests by engaging with jurisdictions, assessing what services are appropriate, and meeting the needs of the requesting organization as resources allow. All data regarding the interaction will be tracked in the PRC's information database. Full assistance cases will be reported as individual TTAs.
The PRC processed/closed 29 Request for Assistance cases between January - June 2021.

To provide an opportunity for SCA grantees to gain a better understanding of inter-agency or inter-system collaboration that can affect systems change in reentry. This informal conversation will allow participants to hear from a panel of fellow SCA grantees as it relates to collaborating in a coordinated manner within and across agencies and systems to reduce duplication of effort, streamline services, ensure easy access, and ultimately improve the broad spectrum of Reentry services being provided.

The TMG Coach is very encouraged by the commitment and willingness of the grantees to participate in this grant process and to implement PREA. Leadership from this site is engaged in meetings and on the phone during coaching calls.This is the first time the community corrections site has worked on PREA-related issues and they are very open to continue to learn from the coach and other resources to ensure they do not reinvent the wheel. They have already begun conducting multi-disciplinary team meetings with tasks and responsibilities to begin PREA implementation strategic planning.?
