The goal of this project is to assess the current records management system business process, along with the to-be business processes of the Front Royal Police Department; document the business processes; and provide insight to the agency to develop policies and procedures for paperless records management. This will allow the agency to more easily share information both within and outside the agency. During the course of this TTA, SEARCH staff prepared for and traveled to a site visit to Front Royal, VA on 6/17/14 - 6/20/14.
