The Wisconsin Statewide Information Center (WSIC) has shown an interest in being a part of the Interstate Compact for Adult Offender Supervision (ICAOS) information exchange concerning potentially dangerous probationer/parolee state transfers with state fusion centers. The American Probation and Parole Association (APPA), with SEARCH, will provide technical assistance to aid the WSIC in implementing the necessary technical components to join the exchange, once WSIC has committed to participating in the exchange.
SEARCH has been asked by BJA to provide TA to Detroit under the Violence Reduction Network program. SEARCH has participated in planning meetings held during June 2015 to identify TA opportunities and "quick wins" for improved information sharing. During the most recent call (June 19), SEARCH provided an update on its work with Michigan State Police to automate the warrant process. Detroit stakeholders expressed interest in participating in this project.
Create reusable templates that address federated identity management agreements and architectures. Upon completion, SEARCH will produce viable reference materials for information sharing initiative partners to formalize their approach, roles, and responsibilities when implementing standards based identity and privilege management solutions.
The existing draft of the guidebook was updated for consistency to include the new logo and formatting of the TAJI website. The draft was also updated to include an additional 12 pages of content focusing on descriptions of tribal programs. The draft has been reviewed and edited by three Center staff members .
