Learn How Prosecutors Collaborate with Investigators and Forensic Experts to Use Crime Gun Intelligence

    Join the Justice Clearinghouse for the webinar “Developing a Prosecution Strategy Utilizing Crime Gun Intelligence” on Tuesday, December 5 from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. ET. During the webinar, participants will learn about the importance of strong partnerships between investigators, forensic experts, and prosecutors to successfully build a prosecution, identify the most violent offenders, and address violent crime using crime gun intelligence.

    This webinar will be presented by Brian Gray, Assistant District Attorney within the Major Crimes Bureau of the Schenectady County, New York District Attorney’s Office, and Will Morris, Section Chief of the Crime Strategies Unit within the East Baton Rouge Parish, Louisiana District Attorney’s Office. Both prosecutors will offer examples of cases that have utilized special crime gun intelligence, such as ballistic evidence, and discuss establishing formal policies and processes to ensure the timely analysis of this evidence.
