Attending the VALOR Office Safety Conference? The Bureau of Justice Assistance (BJA) National Training and Technical Assistance Center (NTTAC) invites you to visit our booth to learn about the free justice-related training and technical assistance we offer to the law enforcement community.
Law enforcement services offered through BJA NTTAC include supporting organizational problem-solving assessments and intervention services for police agencies, providing a framework for collaborative problem-solving, and facilitating technical assistance to help prevent violence against officers. At the BJA NTTAC exhibit booth, you can also find resources to assist your agency in adopting a body-worn camera program, implementing a naloxone program, and enhancing your crime analysis capabilities.
BJA created the VALOR Program to help prevent violence against law enforcement officers and ensure officer resilience and survivability following violent encounters during the course of their duties. The agenda of this week’s conference includes topics such as:
- Thursday, September 17, 1:00 – 5:00 pm: De-Escalation Panel: Increasing Officer Safety
