    The California and Nevada Tribal Transportation Training and Technical Assistance Program (CA/NV TTAP) invites you to attend a training Session on tribal transportation. This session provides an overview of critical issues facing tribal transportation programs including identifying tribal transportation funding sources, developing a tribal transportation plan, updating tribal transportation plans, understanding the transportation planning process, addressing intergovernmental jurisdictional conflicts over rights-of-way through Indian Country, and how those intergovernmental jurisdictional conflicts may impact the application of Tribal Employment Rights Ordinances (TERO) to transportation construction and maintenance contracts.
