Please join the National Criminal Justice Association (NCJA) on Tuesday, March 24 at 3:00 p.m. EDT for the webinar Justice-to-Heath Exchanges: Understanding the Myths Surrounding Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and Addressing Challenges to Cross-Domain Information Sharing. This webinar will dispel the “myths” surrounding HIPAA and 42 CFR Part 2 and showcase how states and jurisdictions are overcoming barriers to create safe and secure justice to health exchanges that comply with patient privacy protections. During this 90 minute webinar, presenters will provide an overview of these efforts at the state and national level and lead a facilitated discussion. Presenters include:
