PRA Technical Assistance

Under the Bureau of Justice Assistance's VALOR Program, Policy Research Associates, Inc. (PRA) provides technical assistance to states, territories, and tribes through a broad range of services (both onsite and virtual) to guide policy and practice change. PRA assists with the implementation of evidence-based treatment and support services for people with behavioral health and/or addiction disorders, particularly those who have experienced homelessness or who have been in contact with the criminal or juvenile justice systems.
