Introducing the Public Safety Risk Assessment Clearinghouse

On November 1, 2018, the Bureau of Justice Assistance (BJA), in partnership with the Urban Institute’s Justice Policy Center, presented the webinar "Introducing the Public Safety Risk Assessment Clearinghouse." This webinar presented the Public Safety Risk Assessment Clearinghouse (PSRAC), an online, comprehensive collection of information and resources focused on identifying and reducing the risk of re-offending or noncompliance with a community’s justice system requirements. The webinar highlighted PSRAC’s key topics – basics, tool selection, validation, and implementation – as well as provided an opportunity to ask questions about risk assessment and the PSRAC.
