Join the Bureau of Justice Assistance (BJA) and the Urban Institute’s Justice Policy Center for the webinar, “Introducing the Public Safety Risk Assessment Clearinghouse” on Thursday, November 1 from 2:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. ET. During the webinar, participants will learn about a new, online tool for state, local, and tribal criminal justice agencies – as well as researchers and policymakers – seeking to use risk assessments to enhance public safety.
The Public Safety Risk Assessment Clearinghouse (PSRAC) is a comprehensive collection of information and resources focused on identifying and reducing the risk of re-offending or noncompliance with a community’s justice system requirements. This webinar will introduce participants to the PSRAC’s key topics – basics, tool selection, validation, and implementation – as well as provide an opportunity to ask questions about risk assessment and the PSRAC.
Webinar presenters will include:
- Jessa Wilcox, Policy Advisor, BJA;
- Jesse Jannetta, Senior Policy Fellow, Urban Institute;
- KiDeuk Kim, Senior Fellow, Urban Institute; and
- Kelly Roberts Freeman, Research Associate, Urban Institute.
