Join the Midwest Regional Children’s Advocacy Center (CAC) for the webinar “Developing Trauma Informed Partnerships with Schools and Other CAC Partners - Part 2” on Thursday, August 23 from 2:00 to 3:30 p.m. ET. Participants will learn how Dr. Amelia Siders, Clinical Director of the Traverse Bay Children’s Advocacy Center, designed and implemented trauma-informed trainings for law enforcement, schools, and community partners in the Grand Traverse region of Michigan.
Dr. Siders is a licensed psychologist with expertise in complex trauma, substance abuse, assessment, and trauma-informed practices. During the webinar, she will discuss the essential components of trauma-informed training, challenges and solutions for educating partners on how to be trauma-informed, and how to develop trauma-informed training in other communities.
