Join the Justice Clearinghouse for the webinar “Case Supervision Practices” on Thursday, May 3 from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. ET. During the webinar, participants will learn about the four-pronged process to efficiently supervise probationers: office contacts; field contacts; counseling and treatment; and the use of alcohol and drug testing.
Panelists will review learning objectives such as:
- The importance of and best practices for incorporating field and office contacts;
- The use of effective communication paired with the use of drug and alcohol testing; and
- How to incorporate the four prongs and use time management to be effective supervisors.
The webinar will be presented by Michelle Hart, Deputy Chief Probation Officer, Coconino County, Arizona Adult Probation Department, and Paul Ventura, Probation Officer, Yavapai County, Arizona Adult Probation Department.
