Comprehensive Opioid Abuse Resource Center

The Bureau of Justice Assistance's (BJA) Comprehensive Opioid Abuse Program (COAP) Resource Center supports effective state, local, and tribal responses to combating the nationwide opioid epidemic. The COAP Resource Center comprises of educational materials, descriptions of effective programs, profiles of BJA grantee sites, and funding and training and technical assistance (TTA) opportunities. The COAP Resource Center also provides access to the COAP TTA team: Advocates for Human Potential, Inc.; Altarum Institute; the Prescription Drug Monitoring Program Training and Technical Assistance Program at Brandeis University; and the Institute for Intergovernmental Research.
