Join the Bureau of Justice Assistance (BJA) for the webinar “Peer Recovery Support Services – Options, Opportunities, and Challenges for Jurisdictions” on Tuesday, February 27 from 2:00 to 3:00 p.m. ET. During the webinar, the BJA Comprehensive Opioid Abuse Program (COAP) team will outline how jurisdictions nationwide are using peer recovery support services to address the opioid epidemic.

In response to the lack of uniform training, standardization, and quantifiability of the latent fingerprint examination process, National Institute of Justice-supported researchers William Chapman and R. Austin Hicklin of Noblis developed ACEware. This software provides a dataset-based training platform for new latent print examiners and standardized data management capabilities that can be used in actual casework. 

Teen dating violence, also known as adolescent relationship abuse, is a serious, widespread issue that has both short- and long-term consequences. Teen dating violence may occur in-person or electronically and consists of physical, psychological, or sexual abuse, as well as stalking.
