Register for a BJA Webinar on January 17 – Fiscal Year 2017 National Anti-Human Trafficking TTA for Law Enforcement Task Forces Program Solicitation

Join the Bureau of Justice Assistance (BJA) for the informational webinar, “Fiscal Year (FY) 2017 Enhanced Collaborative Model to Combat Human Trafficking: Pre-Application Webinar,” on Tuesday, January 17 at 2:00 p.m. ET. This webinar will provide an overview of the National Anti-Human Trafficking Training and Technical Assistance (TTA) for Law Enforcement Task Forces Program FY 2017 Competitive Grant, which is designed to help state, local, and tribal criminal justice systems develop and implement anti-human trafficking task forces using the Enhanced Collaborative Model. These task forces are jointly funded by BJA and the Office for Victims of Crime.

This competitive grant announcement specifically requests applications for a national TTA provider. Eligible applicants are limited to faith-based and community organizations, institutions of higher education (including tribal institutions of higher education), and both for-profit organizations and nonprofit organizations (including tribal for-profit and nonprofit organizations). Consortiums with demonstrated experience in providing national- and local-level TTA related to anti-human trafficking task force development, implementation, and operation to law agencies and their partners may also apply.

Applicants must register with Grants.gov prior to submitting an application. All applications are due in Grants.gov by 11:59 p.m. ET on March 9, 2017.
