Learn about a Fiscal Year 2018 Funding Opportunity on Combating Human Trafficking

Join the Office for Victims of Crime (OVC) and the Bureau of Justice Assistance (BJA) to learn about a fiscal year (FY) 2018 funding opportunity during the “FY 2018 Enhanced Collaborative Model Task Force to Combat Human Trafficking: Pre-Application Webinar” on Monday, June 18 from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. ET. During this webinar, participants will learn details about and requirements for the FY 2018 Enhanced Collaborative Model Task Force to Combat Human Trafficking solicitation and have an opportunity to ask questions.

This solicitation is designed to support the efforts of law enforcement and victim service providers within human trafficking task forces under three purpose areas:

  • Purpose Area 1: Development of Human Trafficking Task Forces;
  • Purpose Area 2: Increasing Human Trafficking Task Force Effectiveness; and
  • Purpose Area 3: Expanding Human Trafficking Task Force Effectiveness.

Eligible applicants for purpose areas 2 and 3 are limited to human trafficking task forces that were funded in FY 2015 under the OVC/BJA Enhanced Collaborative Model Task Force Program’s purpose areas 1 and 2, respectively. All applications for the FY 2018 solicitation are due by Thursday, July 5.
