Register to join the Justice Clearinghouse for the webinar “Protecting the Victims of Domestic Minor Sex Trafficking” on Thursday, March 16 from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. ET. During this webinar, participants will learn about the components of Safe Harbor laws, which work to ensure that minors involved in domestic sex trafficking are treated as victims, not as offenders.
Eva Klain, Director of the American Bar Association (ABA) Center on Children and the Law's Child and Adolescent Health Project, will present the results of an ABA survey about the implementation of Safe Harbor laws, as well as provide participants with tools and strategies to ensure child victims receive appropriate services to prevent re-traumatization.
