Join the CSG Justice Center Webinar for Law Enforcement Agencies: Applying for the Justice and Mental Health Collaboration Program
The Council of State Governments (CSG) Justice Center, with support from the Bureau of Justice Assistance (BJA), is hosting the webinar "Assistance for Law Enforcement Agencies Responding to the FY 2016 Justice and Mental Health Collaboration Program" on Wednesday, April 20 from 2:00 to 3:30 p.m. ET. The purpose of this webinar is to explain the Justice and Mental Health Collaboration Program (JMHCP) and how law enforcement agencies can apply for this grant.
The JMHCP grant supports innovative, cross-system collaboration for individuals with mental disorders or co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders who come into contact with the justice system. BJA is placing a priority on applications from law enforcement agencies that can demonstrate a collaboration with mental health partners to plan, implement, or expand a justice and mental health collaboration program. Applications are due May 17, 2016.
