Please join the Association of Prosecuting Attorneys (APA) for their March Final Fridays webinar, Restitution Enforcement: A Practical Approach to Assure Restitution to Victims. The webinar will be held on Friday, March 29 from 3 – 4 p.m. EST. The webinar will highlight the Restitution Enforcement Court in Maricopa County, Arizona, and will be presented by Maricopa County Superior Court Judge Roland J. Steinle III; National Organization of Parents of Murdered Children, Inc. Executive Director Dan Levey; and Maricopa County’s Department of Finance Collections Supervisor Kim Knox. Attendees will learn about Arizona’s strong tradition of victims’ rights and relevant legislation.
