As part of our commitment to increase collaboration amongst BJA staff and BJA’s training and technical assistance (TTA) providers, BJA NTTAC will release a collaboration portal in the coming weeks. The collaboration portal is a web-based system that will allow BJA providers to view up-to-date information on TTA activity trends, search directories to identify relevant BJA criminal justice partners, and utilize a geographic information system to visually see the distribution of BJA NTTAC TTA activity across the United States. Within the collaboration portal, TTA providers who support similar topic areas will also be able to interact with one another through various interest groups and communities of interest.
The collaboration portal's features and functionality incorporate feedback BJA NTTAC obtained in various meetings with BJA staff and our information sharing and tribal partners. After developing and testing the system, it is now in the final stages of development and will deploy in mid-February.
We are excited that the system launch is just weeks away. Stay tuned for more information on the upcoming collaboration portal's launch and instructions on how to access the system. In the meantime, please reach to BJA NTTAC at 1-833-872-5174 or BJANTTAC@ojp.usdoj.gov regarding any questions.
