BJA and OVC Release Directory of TTA Resources on Human Trafficking

In honor of National Human Trafficking Awareness Day, which is observed on January 11 each year, NTTAC would like to announce that the Bureau of Justice Assistance (BJA) and the Office for Victims of Crime (OVC) have launched the Directory of Training and Technical Assistance (TTA) Resources for Anti-Human Trafficking Task Forces and Service Providers. The Department of Justice is deeply committed to combating all forms of modern slavery and human trafficking through the provision of funding, resources, and training and technical assistance services. This directory is a valuable resource to assist those practitioners and task force members across the nation who are seeking to expand their knowledge of anti-human trafficking practices. The new directory provides practitioners with a comprehensive list of both TTA resources and distance learning and training opportunities. Also listed is detailed location and cost information for available trainings on topics ranging from building strong prosecution cases to providing comprehensive victim services.
