Attend an Informational Webinar on BJA’s Sentinel Events Initiative Demonstration Project Solicitation

Register to join the Bureau of Justice Assistance (BJA) for the  “Sentinel Events Initiative Demonstration Project Webinar” on Thursday, July 13 from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. ET. This webinar will provide an overview of the Fiscal Year (FY) 2017 BJA Sentinel Events Initiative Demonstration Project: Technical Assistance (TA) Provider solicitation.

BJA seeks a TA provider to facilitate national-level technical assistance for approximately 20 to 25 demonstration sites in support of the Sentinel Events Initiative (SEI). SEI is an effort led by the National Institute of Justice to explore whether a multistakeholder, forward-looking, non-blaming review of unanticipated events that signal an underlying criminal justice system weakness can be used to understand areas of system risk and weaknesses, reduce the occurrence of these outcomes, increase safety, and augment the criminal justice system’s ability to fulfill its mission.

All applications are due by 11:59 p.m. ET on July 27, 2017. All applicants should register with Grants.gov prior to submitting an application.
