In connection with NACDL’s pretrial training and technical assistance in Colorado we are producing training videos to support our previously published pretrial release manual and live training that were made pursuant to this grant.

In collaboration with BJA, the Sixth Amendment Center, and NLADA, the Center assisted in the drafting and distribution of the intake application.

Missoula County requested help starting the first diversion program in the state. They will be targeting low-level felonies.Working with the jurisdiction, the training and technical assistance team was able to help the jurisdiction further vision their prosecutor-led diversion program for adult and juvenile drug possession. CCI made a site visit to the jurisdiction in early 2018.

In collaboration with BJA, the Sixth Amendment Center, and NLADA, the Center assisted in the drafting of the funding announcement letter and forwarded it to its networks in preparation for the intake application release.

SAKI TTA will speak at the Statewide December Prosecutor Institute. Speakers will include Jim Markey, Becki Campbell, and John Wilkinson from the SAKI TTA Team.

CT is requesting a training for all State Prosecutors. They would like to focus on how to prosecute cold case sexual assaults.
