The grant administrator from the Department of Behavioral Health Services requested TTA services to discuss what they describe as one of the biggest challenges expressed by the QRT teams they fund. The issue that concerns them is HIPAA and CFR 42. They seek a presenter or expert to discuss the recent changes to CFR 42 and how it will impact their ability to refer and engage persons in treatment.
