9/15/20: CHJ and AHP conducted a fact-finding conference call with Interact for Health to discuss their TTA request. CHJ partnered with AHP on this TTA because of their expertise in this area. Interact for Health wants to have a well-versed professional in HIPAA, specifically the CFR 42, to train them on who falls under the guidelines and who doesn't. Both CHJ and AHP are going to facilitate a connection between the two agencies' partners. A follow-up call between CHJ and AHP will be scheduled.
9/25/20: CHJ sent a follow-up email from our initial call to the agency about CFR 42. The email detailed our outreach to SMEs regarding training and additional information on CFR 42 revisions. We were directed to the Center of Excellence for Protected Health Information and found a webinar on the topic of revisions to CFR 42. The webinar is archived on their website titled "Understanding the New Changes to CFR 42". Additional resources are also made available via the site, as well as TA services. AHP is also compiling resources for the site as well.
10/12/20: After CHJ sent resources to the agency, a follow-up email was sent, and the site point of contact said that she would share with her colleagues and contact us if other resources are needed.
10/27/20: CHJ sent out a follow-up email and survey. No response was received.
