CNA developed a template for TTA recommendations to provide to SPI sites, for consideration and inclusion in their action plans. SMEs and CNA analysts will complete this in early 2017.
CNA developed a research assessment protocol to review and assess the rigor of research plans for new SPI sites. SMEs will complete this in early 2017.
CNA revised the content and questions of the SPI capacity assessment tool and transformed the tool online.
CNA conducted an orientation for new and current SPI SMEs on December 7, 2016.
CNA conducted a welcome and introductory webinar for all new SPI sites on December 13, 2016.
CNA conducted welcome outreach to the new Phase VIII SPI sites (Atlanta, Detroit, Madison, Sacramento, Lowell, Kansas City) and St. Louis 3PI site, awarded in October 2016. Outreach included sending BJA a draft email for them to welcome sites and introduce CNA as the TTA provider. Then CNA conducted welcome calls with each new site to introduce them to SPI and TTA.
CNA began planning for the SPI Phase VIII Inaugural Meeting in May 2017. This meeting was rescheduled for October 2017. Canceled (duplicate entry)
CNA coordinated and participated in two SPI panels and one roundtable at the 2016 ACS Meeting in New Orleans, LA in November 2016.
CNA coordinated with BJA and SPI sites the submission of one SPI panel and one roundtable for the 2017 ACJS Meeting.
