The NRTAC is providing TTA to the Winston Salem CGIC to further develop and improve their CGIC. The NRTAC will conduct an initial site visit on February 11-12, 2020, will draft recommendations, and will develop a process map for improvement related to each step of the model 7-step CGIC workflow. The NRTAC will work with the Winston Salem CGIC to offer guidance as they implement the recommendations and identify any specific TTA they need to improve their CGIC.

The NRTAC will conduct an initial site visit on February 4-5, 2020, will draft recommendations, and will develop a process map for improvement related to each step of the model 7-step CGIC workflow. The NRTAC will conduct an initial site visit on January 7-8, 2020, will draft recommendations, and will develop a process map for improvement related to each step of the model 7-step CGIC workflow. The NRTAC will work with the St. Paul CGIC to offer guidance as they implement the recommendations and identify any specific TTA they need to improve their CGIC.

The NRTAC will conduct an initial site visit on December 10-11, 2019, will draft recommendations, and will develop a process map for improvement related to each step of the model 7-step CGIC workflow. The NRTAC will work with the Little Rock CGIC to offer guidance as they implement the recommendations and identify any specific TTA they need to improve their CGIC.

The NRTAC will work with the Columbia CGIC to offer guidance as they implement the recommendations and identify any specific TTA they need to improve their CGIC.

The NRTAC will conduct an initial site visit on November 13-14, 2019, will draft recommendations, and will develop a process map for improvement related to each step of the model 7-step CGIC workflow. The NRTAC will work with the Baltimore, MD CGIC to offer guidance as they implement the recommendations and identify any specific TTA they need to improve their CGIC.
The NRTAC is providing ongoing TTA to the San Francisco CGIC to further develop and improve their CGIC. This site was identified by BJA to receive specific assistance from the NRTAC.
