The U.S. Attorney's Office of Massachusetts requested Blue Courage training for local law enforcement agencies throughout Massachusetts. Blue Courage, LLC was selected to fulfill the request and provided a Blue Courage Academy to various agencies on October 10-13 in Grafton, Massachusetts.

The Newark, New Jersey Police Department, as part of the Newark Public Safety Partnership (PSP) site, requested a Major Crime Scene Investigations Training for 35 attendees. The Institute for Intergovernmental Research was selected to fulfill the request and provided a Major Crime Scene Investigations Training to the Newark PSP site on November 13, 2018, in Newark, New Jersey.

The Virgin Island Department of Justice requested training for local law enforcement and detectives in the investigation and prosecution of violent and financial crimes. BJA NTTAC referred this request to the Police Executive Research Forum.

The Bureau of Justice Assistance requested travel support for representatives from various Public Safety Partnership (PSP) sites to attend the International Association of Crime Analysts (IACA) Annual Conference. BJA NTTAC provided travel support to three representatives from the Compton PSP site to attend the conference from September 10 – 15, 2017, in New Orleans, Louisiana.

The Newark, New Jersey Police Department, as part of the Newark Public Safety Partnership (PSP) site, requested assistance in developing a use of force training curriculum that incorporates best practices and is in line with currently New Jersey and national laws. BJA NTTAC is working with the Newark PSP site to determine budget availability, this request will not be fulfilled by BJA NTTAC during the base year.

The Bronx, New York District Attorney's Office requested an external assessment of its in-house constructed technology infrastructure. LE Innovations, Inc. (Maggie Goodrich) was selected to fulfill the request and will conduct an onsite review of all technology systems with the agency. The assessment will take place in either July or August 2018.

The Office of the Bronx District Attorney requested training and technical assistance (TTA) through BJA NTTAC to improve its crime analysis assignments and processes. BJA NTTAC identified Mr. Christopher Bruce as the best-fit technical assistance provider for this request. Mr. Bruce is a member of the preselected pool of providers for BJA NTTAC Crime Analysis on Demand (CAoD) program and has extensive expertise in the field of crime analysis. Mr.

The Bothell, Washington Police Department requested an assessment of their current crime analysis processes and capacity. Julie Wartell was selected to fulfill the request and provided technical assistance with examining technology, data, and staffing around providing the best products to patrol, investigations, and administration. The site visit was conducted on November 1-2, 2017 and involved the Chief, Deputy Chief, multiple Captains and Sergeants, and crime analysts. Ms. Wartell delivered a final recommendations report to Bothell PD in December 2017.

BJA NTTAC provided travel support to 1 representative from the West Memphis PSP site to attend the summit from September 11 – 13, 2017 in New Orleans, Louisiana.
