Fox Valley Technical College (FVTC) requested Blue Courage: The Heart and Mind of the Guardian training for law enforcement personnel from the state of Wisconsin. Blue Courage Inc. was selected to fulfill the request and conducted a two-day training session for 17 personnel in Appleton, Wisconsin on May 4-5, 2017.

The Bureau of Justice Assistance (BJA) requested subject matter expertise for the development of a new health and wellness training curriculum . Blue Courage Inc. was selected to fulfill this request and convened a curriculum development meeting with five subject matter experts on February 9-11, 2017 in San Francisco, California.

The Little Rock, Arkansas Police Department, as part of the Little Rock Violence Reduction Network (VRN) site, requested training and technical assistance for crime analysts. BJA NTTAC referred the requester to Chris Bruce, who provides training through the International Association of Crime Analysts and offered his time onsite to complete the training request.

The West Memphis, Arkansas Police Department (PD), as part of the West Memphis Violence Reduction Network (VRN) site, requested data integration services and licensing for Lumen, Numerica's flagship platform for integrated law enforcement data sharing and analysis. Numerica was selected as the provider for this engagement and the Numerica team worked with West Memphis PD to gain access to critical data platforms and integrate them into the Lumen application.

Deborah Lee requested information on admission of evidence from electronic devices in defense hearings. BJA NTTAC referred her to the National White Collar Crime Center, an organization with existing BJA grants specializing in cyber training and electronics forensic exploitation.

The Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department requested the Blue Courage/HeartMath Resilience Advantage Program for agency personnel. Training personnel from both Blue Courage, Inc. and HeartMath delivered this three-day certified trainer program to seven members of Las Vegas Metropolitan PD and two Blue Courage trainers from January 23 – 25, 2016.

The Chicago, Illinois Police Department (PD) requested an assessment of its crime-fighting strategies and tactics. Dr. Malinowski and his team of subject matter experts were selected as the providers. During Phase II, the team assessed Chicago PD's crime-fighting efforts, which included existing crime-fighting strategies, the CompStat process, and crime analysis efforts, and to develop further recommendations for improving Chicago PD's overall crime-fighting strategy. Dr. Malinowski delivered the final report to Chicago PD in November 2016.

The Flint, Michigan Police Department (PD), as part of the Flint Violence Reduction Network (VRN) site, requested an assessment of their evidence and property room policies and procedures and an evaluation of their property and evidence facilities. Evidence Control Systems, Inc. (ECS) was selected as the provider. ECS conducted a site visit to assess the Flint PD’s evidence and property room procedures and facilities. ECS delivered the final report to Flint PD in July 2017.
