TMG will provide two plenary sessions related to how prosecutor's approach and handle juvenile cases in custody that are victims of sexual assault or perpetrators; a session on improvement of handling cases of sexual abuse of individuals in custody through investigative measures and enhanced collaborations with law enforcement agencies and jails and prisons holding such individuals.

AJA will utilize a consultant to deliver a workshop on standards update and the audit process. It will be a 2-4 hour presentation.

Co-present with Marnie Shiels at OVW at the STOP Administrator Conference on PREA and STOP formula funding. Co-lead two breakout sessions to discuss PREA implementation.

After reviewing new statistics on LGBT people in confinement, this webinar will provide case studies of one county probation department and one state criminal justice system that have begun collecting data on sexual orientation and gender identity. Participants will leave with specific questions that they can add to their data collection and case management systems.
