West Memphis PD, as part of the West Memphis VRN site, requests the requested the Major Crime Scene Preliminary Investigations Workshop with a train-the-trainer component for up to 20 officers from the West Memphis Police Department (WMPD) and neighboring jurisdictions and 5 trainers from the WMPD. The training will equip first responders and investigators from West Memphis, AR, with strategies and tools focused on responding to major crime scenes to improve the quality of the investigation.

The New Orleans Police Department (PD), as part of the New Orleans VRN site, is requesting an assessment of its current crime analysis capabilities and crime analysis training to support command staff, crime analysts, other law enforcement executives in the development, utilization, and enhancement of crime and public safety analysis.

The West Memphis VRN site has requested data integration services for the West Memphis Police Department and licensing for Lumen, Numerica's flagship platform for integrated law enforcement data sharing and analysis. Lumen can save the agency critical time and provide deep insights into information to enhance data-drive policing missions.

The St. Louis Police Department (PD), as part of the St. Louis VRN site, requests the Blue Courage: The Heart and Mind of the Guardian training for up to 25 command staff participants. The Blue Courage training course will provide self-improvement, increased engagement, stress management, development of resilience, and improvement of the overall health and well-being of all employees in the department.

The Camden County VRN site requested technical assistance to implement the multi-disciplinary Drug Market Intervention (DMI) evidence-based model in January. This request will be a follow-up re-connect with the team provide further guidance for them moving forward.
